Tax Scanner (Seasonal)

Doeren Mayhew is seeking a Seasonal Tax Scanner to support the Domestic Tax department in our Grand Rapids, MI office for the 2027 tax season beginning in January 2027. Hours will start around 20-30 per week and gradually increase to 40-45 hours per week as deadlines approach. Saturdays will be required as workload increases. Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and organize incoming tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, receipts, statements, etc.).Operate high-volume scanners and document management software to digitize tax documents.Upload files to the appropriate client folder or tax software (e.g., CCH, Thomson Reuters, UltraTax).Communicate with administrative staff or tax professionals to clarify document needs.Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
