Responsibilities

• Scans service, parts, and sales documents into shared network.
• Prepare documents in chronological order prior to scanning into database.
• Files physical documents once scan is complete in alphabetical order.
• Understands federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
• All post-offer applicants must successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment.

Pay

Hourly wages are between $18.50 – 19.00.
