Requirements
- At least 2 seasons of previous tax experience
- Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Preferred certifications: Field Instructor, Remote Support, or Call Center
- Tax planning and audit support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent license
- PTIN Certification: Yes
