About the role
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of insurance and make a meaningful impact. Your Role: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service to insurance agents and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer support: Answer a high volume of incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to insurance agents and brokers.
- Communication: Occasionally send emails as needed to assist customers with inquiries.
- Service excellence: Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with every interaction to deliver the “USLI Experience.”
- Learning and application: Learn foundational insurance concepts and apply knowledge to help customers with their needs.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience: Minimum of two years of customer service experience in any industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to customer interactions.
- Dependability: A proactive, reliable approach to work and customer service.
What You’ll Bring

Schedule
Available to work between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. MT Monday through Friday for up to 29 hours per week, with a fixed weekly schedule.
Travel requirements
Willing to travel to Wayne, Pennsylvania for the first week of on-site training (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday; travel expenses will be covered).
