About the role
CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Real Estate Group in the Boston office. This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships.
- You will help generate opportunities within existing clients, as well as meet with and pursue new clients.
- You will develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals.
- Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year.
- Assist with the process and review of 1065 tax returns.
- Other Ad Hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred
- CPA, JD or EA required
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience, including compliance and multi-state tax matters
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
- Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Certified in tax compliance and research software to include CCH Axcess, BNA portfolio and projection, RIA Checkpoint
- Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task

Pay
In Massachusetts, the salary range for a Tax Manager is $120,000 to $160,000.
