Tax Manager - Real Estate
Position Profile
Weaver is looking for a Tax Manager with Real Estate experience to join our growing firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA with 5 + years of experience in public accounting
- A thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research and general business planning knowledge
- Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Real Estate clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills
- Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
Compensation and Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $191,000 in the New York and California Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
