Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver comprehensive tax services for individuals and businesses with a focus on Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions
- Coordinate with team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
- Assists with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits
- Review individual and business tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices
- Work with team members for continual process improvement
- Participate in practice development and various firm activities
Requirements
- BA/BS Accounting, MS/MAcc preferred
- CPA required
- 5+ years’ experience in public accounting reviewing both individual and business taxation, including partnerships and mergers and acquisitions - Real Estate/Construction experience is a plus but not required.
