As the tax practice continues to grow, the firm is looking for a Tax Manager to join the team in Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Diego. This role is ideal for an experienced Tax Manager seeking a better long-term environment or a strong Senior Tax professional ready to step into a broader management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients and engagements.
• Review complex tax returns and deliver high-quality tax advice.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact.
• Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on planning, advisory, and complex tax matters.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior members of the tax team.
• Identify opportunities to add value to existing client relationships.
• Help ensure engagements are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Qualifications

We’re keen to speak with tax professionals who have built a strong foundation in public accounting and are ready for a role with greater ownership and influence. You are likely to be a Tax Senior Manager, Tax Manager, or experienced Senior Tax Associate, with experience working across a broad range of business and individual tax matters. A CPA or progress toward the qualification would be advantageous.

You’ll enjoy working with clients, supporting the development of others, and being part of a team where people are encouraged to take ownership of their work.
