Tax Manager (Hybrid)

We are a Top 100 CPA firm in the Finance industry seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tax Manager (or Tax Senior with their CPA ready to take the next step) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services to our clients.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.
• Manage, direct, and monitor multiple tax engagements; develop engagement budgets, coordinate required resources, billings, and collection.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Consult, collaborate with, and service clients to make recommendations on business and process improvements, and serve as a business advisor to clients.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Cook off, assess, and manage tax staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a public accounting firm.
