The opportunity
The Foundry is a New York-based team of entrepreneurs, product managers, operators, and strategists who have a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new growth businesses. In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY.
Key responsibilities
- Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services that address a market opportunity.
- Create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features, design products, and develop the corresponding user stories and requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, work day-to-day with the engineering teams to clarify requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary.
- Conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience.
- Drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven track record of success launching and iterating digital products for external customers
- Created products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate meaningful adoption
- Experience working with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products
- 5+ years of solid product management experience
- Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, and execute independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills
- Able to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
- Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience

What we offer you
- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
