Cummings, Lamont & McNamee, PLLC (CLM) is a regional CPA firm serving Southern Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. We provide tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services to individuals and businesses throughout the region. Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse client portfolio
- Ensuring client satisfaction through the timely delivery of quality services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing and reviewing Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and Exempt Organization tax returns
- Providing tax planning and consulting services to businesses and individuals
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
- Reviewing work and providing technical guidance
- Collaborating with firm leadership on client engagements and strategic initiatives
- Helping develop and strengthen the technical skills of our staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license (required)
- Minimum of 8 years of recent public accounting experience
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and Exempt Organization tax returns
- Exposure to audit and review engagements
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding client service and relationship management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting: 8 years (Required)
