About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a locally owned firm dedicated to helping people. We are seeking a Tax Manager who loves tax, enjoys complex issues, and has 5+ years of experience in public accounting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Review business and individual income tax returns
- Review tax projections and quarterly estimates
- Identify planning opportunities and help clients achieve their goals
- Help grow other team members by spending time with them and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- An active CPA with a good understanding of GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting
- Interest in mentoring others and contributing to a growing team
