Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive tax and business advisory services for closely held businesses, specializing in Individuals, Partnerships, and S Corporations.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and Controllers.
- Review and improve tax service procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
- Manage multiple projects and engagement teams across diverse clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- CPA certification (required).
- Master’s in Accounting or Tax (preferred).
- 5–10 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment with varied client exposure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
