Tax Manager

Job Description

To make an impact at Rehmann, you will:

• Build relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Provide a “wow” experience to every client
• Contribute to the success of our clients’ organizations
• Manage the preparation of a broad range of individual, partnership, S-Corp and other entity tax returns
• Conduct tax research to develop solutions for our clients’ complex and/or unique situations
• Provide direction and new challenges to associates on your team
• Teach and develop associates allowing them to reach their goal
• Mentor associates as they navigate their career paths
• Identify opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clients
• Participate in activities to grow the firm and generate business with new clients

Desired Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA license required; MST a plus
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
• Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Out-of-the-box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
