Who you are
- Active CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 6+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
- Strong expertise in federal, state, and multi-state tax compliance, tax planning, and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth clients.
- Skilled in tax research, client relationship management, business development, and modern tax software platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead and review complex tax engagements, including federal, state, multi-state, individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate, gift, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Provide strategic tax planning, consulting, and technical guidance while conducting complex tax research and preparing supporting memorandums.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate with tax authorities regarding audits and notices, and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members, improve processes, implement best practices, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

Pay
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
