Responsibilities
- Prepares and files federal, state, and international tax returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Analyzes financial data to identify areas for tax optimization and cost savings.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Monitors tax laws and regulations for changes that may impact the company’s tax strategy.
- Supports internal audits related to tax matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax management or accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience with tax software such as TaxAct or TurboTax.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations applicable to multinational corporations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
