Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Systematize compliance across all entities to mitigate audit risk, including nexus studies and exemption certificate management
• Manage R&D tax credit studies
• Provide internal tax due diligence for targets in M&A support
• Maintain defensible documentation and policies to support international business and minimize exposure in Transfer Pricing
• Manage franchise, excise, and property tax obligations in State & Local Compliance
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for external accounting firms, ensuring they are used only for specialized advisory needs in Vendor Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar
• 5+ years of Tax experience
• CPA, MBA, JD, all helpful in this role
