About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead and oversee all phases of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, review, client advisory, and team leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing multiple engagements, mentoring staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the tax practice.

- Deliver exceptional service by managing complex tax engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Active American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) license.
- 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax matters.
- Experience reviewing complex business and individual returns.
- Strong tax research capabilities.
- Prior experience supervising and mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred
- Experience with multi-entity and closely held business clients.
- Exposure to multiple industries and complex tax structures.
- Experience with modern tax software and workflow systems.
