Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex federal, Iowa, and multi-state returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
- Lead multiple tax engagements while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service
- Advise clients and partners on tax planning opportunities, compliance matters, and strategic recommendations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals while contributing to firmwide training and best practices
Requirements
- CPA or EA required
- Experience reviewing complex returns
- Strong understanding of Iowa tax law

Pay
$125,000 - $150,000 per year
