Responsibilities
- Lead tax engagements
- Manage client relationships
- Mentor a team of tax professionals
- Oversee complex tax planning and compliance projects
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on federal, state, and local tax matters
Requirements
- BS or BA in accounting
- CPA certification
- 5 or more years of recent and relevant public accounting experience
- Multi State Consolidated and consolidating tax returns
Qualifications
- Experience leading tax engagements
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to mentor and develop a team
- Knowledge of multi-state consolidated and consolidating tax returns
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tax software and tools
