- We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. This role will have a fast track to Partner promotion within a year. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills who enjoys a variety of work.
- The Tax Manager will serve as a generalist, overseeing and performing high-level reviews of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review complex tax returns across multiple entity types.
- Provide guidance to staff and senior accountants on technical issues.
- Manage engagements to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Research and resolve tax matters as needed.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to address tax planning opportunities.
Qualifications
- CPA license required.
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, including supervision and management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation.
- Excellent review, leadership, and communication skills.
