Tax Manager
Job Details
Manage and review all tax work for a portfolio of small clients (<$500K individual income or businesses <$1–2M revenue)
Advises clients proactively and ensures high quality service delivery
Reviews returns, performs select preparation work, and signs off as the licensed CPA
Develops and mentors junior staff performing foundational tax work
Free up partner-level capacity by independently owning the workflow for this client group
