What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements from planning through delivery
- Review complex federal, state, and local tax filings and multi-year projections
- Provide tax compliance and strategic planning services to a diverse client portfolio
- Manage engagement economics, including budgets, timelines, and realization
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Drive efficiencies by improving tax processes, workflows, and best practices
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm quality standards
- Assist with internal trainings, technical updates, and CPE support
- Participate in special projects, growth initiatives, and business development efforts
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of public accounting experience with a concentration in tax
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree a plus
- Active CPA license
- Experience with industry-standard tax and accounting software
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office tools

Pay
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
