A stable and growing CPA firm in the Salt Lake City, UT area is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team of highly motivated professionals. The firm offers clients valuable tax knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for clients.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on tax-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$135,000–160,000
