The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax knowledge, leadership experience, and a client-focused mindset.
- Review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Research and resolve federal and state tax issues
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with firm standards and tax regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA license preferred or actively pursuing 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, Experience reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns, Strong leadership and communication skills, Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar, Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy season, Preferred Industry Experience Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Nonprofit, or Professional Services
