Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on a wide range of financial and regulatory matters.
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm or similar environment.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
- Experience working with diverse client bases, including private equity firms, non-profits, and small businesses.
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP).
- Experience with tax software and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
