Responsibilities

  • Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on a wide range of financial and regulatory matters.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm or similar environment.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
  • Experience working with diverse client bases, including private equity firms, non-profits, and small businesses.
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP).
  • Experience with tax software and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
