Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax professionals
• Mentor staff members
• Prepare tax returns for pass-through entities, S-Corps, and partnerships
• Work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial advice

Requirements

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Taxation preferred
• Tax preparation experience in pass-through entities, S-Corps, or partnerships
• Leadership ability
• Willingness to mentor staff
• Client-facing experience
• Organized work habits
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Hybrid onsite work schedule

Pay

Base Salary range: $130K to $155K
