Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax compliance for corporate and individual clients.
• Conduct thorough tax research to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients, including estate, gift, and trust taxes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address their tax-related inquiries.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize CCH Axcess and Microsoft Suite for tax preparation and analysis.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business tax, individual tax, and non-profit tax regulations.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
