Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting directly to corporate executives and business owners.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of senior and staff tax accountants in the Rockville office.
• Conduct advanced technical research on complex tax matters and guide the team on evolving federal and state compliance regulations.
• Oversee engagement workflow, billing metrics, and client communications to ensure seamless, timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA license
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Pay

$130,000 - $155,000 per year
