International Tax Compliance
- Review and complete the preparation of foreign information returns, including Forms 1116, 1118, 5471, 5472, 8621, 8858, 8865, 8938, and 8992
- Experience with Forms 3520 and 3520-A – Annual Return of a Foreign Trust with a US Owner
- Familiarity with Form 1040-NRs
- Prepare and review U.S. withholding tax forms, including Forms 1042, 1042-S, 1042-T, 8804, and 8805
Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing complex international tax compliance projects for corporations and partnerships
- Providing sophisticated tax planning and strategic advice on cross-border transactions, tax treaties, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credit calculations
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis of international tax legislation and its implications for our clients
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior members of the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all international tax matters
- Collaborating with colleagues across our assurance, advisory, and risk management departments to deliver integrated and comprehensive client service
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the firm’s international tax practice
Qualifications
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, CTA, or equivalent)
- Substantial experience within a public accounting or advisory firm, with a distinct specialisation in international tax
- Comprehensive knowledge of international tax principles, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements, project timelines, and team performance
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely

Pay
Salary: $39 - $48 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
