BiggsKofford is seeking a Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in Colorado since 1982, we provide a full range of services to closely held middle-market businesses and non-profit organizations. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and trusting work environment.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Managing tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
- Client billing
- Developing, coaching, and supervising team members
- Participating in firm growth and management
- Soliciting opportunities to expand learning
- Project management
- Business development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 10 years related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated aptitude in building client relationships and leadership ability
- Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
Schedule
Expected 40 hours per week with flexible start times. Some travel may be required with occasional work from home options.
