Tax Innovation - Software Engineering - Manager

About the role

As part of the Software Engineering team, you will lead one or more delivery teams to design, build, and run innovative AI and data-intensive tax platforms. As a Manager, you will provide technical and people leadership, guiding architecture and implementation while driving agile execution and DevOps practices. This role offers a unique chance to transform complex tax challenges into scalable, cloud-native solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience

• Possessing proven experience leading software delivery teams
• Showing proficiency in core technology stacks
• Designing scalable, distributed architectures
• Having hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Establishing and running CI/CD pipelines

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
