Tax Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Tax Coordinator to join a financial services organization in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will help keep tax filings, payments, and supporting records accurate, timely, and well organized while providing dependable administrative support to the broader tax function. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, protect sensitive information, and communicate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Filing and processing tax extensions, returns, and payments
- Maintaining and organizing all tax documentation
- Providing tax documents on request
- Requesting annual PFIC statements
- Updating the intranet master database
- Onboarding new entities (KYC, bank accounts)
- Creating structure charts
- Supporting the Tax team
Requirements
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or finance
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed work with a high level of accuracy and organization
- Strong capability to handle multiple assignments and meet firm deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with financial or accounting systems such as QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of income tax accounting along with experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, or invoice processing activities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a business setting
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a tax, accounting, or related clerical support role

- Excellent MS Office and communication skills
