Tax Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Controller to support and guide our clients throughout their tax-related processes. In this role, you’ll act as a consultant, manage your own portfolio of assigned clients, handle tax inquiries, and assist them in putting together tax orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned tax clients
• Answer tax-related questions clearly and accurately
• Assist clients in gathering and organizing information for tax orders
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every step
• Maintain detailed and organized client records

Requirements

• Quick learner with strong logical and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent English communication
• Customer service experience is required
• Tax experience is a plus, but we can train the right candidate
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle client needs with confidence
