Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and Pennsylvania tax implications arising from business transactions and entity structures
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional and organizational agreements
• Counsel partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and other pass-through entities

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax and transactional law experience with an active Pennsylvania license
• Excellent legal writing, client communication, and commercial judgment
• An established client base is preferred
