About the Role
We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing specialized tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients. As a Tax Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tax solutions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive industry-specific solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service excellence
- Manage and mentor teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality tax advice and services, adhering to deadlines and regulatory standards
- Participate in external market and business development activities to promote the firm’s services
- Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
- Strong advisory and compliance skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex tax information clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
