$21.07–23.18 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Limited Term Employment (LTE), 15–20 hours per week for the tax season (September–April). Some evening and weekend hours are required, primarily during the tax season.

Duties

• Meet the needs of residents for free income tax filing.
• Develop local partner support.
• Recruit and train volunteers.
• Oversee the delivery of free tax assistance services in a single county.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, business, or human services plus at least one year of experience in program management, tax preparation, and/or volunteer management; or high school diploma/equivalent plus three years of related experience.
• Moderate proficiency in the Office 365 suite at hire.
• Working knowledge of tax filing software is desirable.
