Responsibilities
- Managing sales and use tax filings and compliance across the United States
- Aid with federal, state, and international income tax planning projects
- Research and resolve notices received from various taxing jurisdictions
- Cook with and gather information requested for income tax audits
- Prepare various year-end tax calculations and support for annual tax provision
- Aid with monthly tax projections and perform corporate tax account reconciliations
- Aid with the preparation of international tax filings
- Prepare and remit estimated tax payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives
- An exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- A must be an excellent team player as well as work independently
- Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills
About the Role
