Kelly is hiring for a 3-month contract role with a leading organization, supporting both indirect and direct tax compliance. Your Key Responsibilities Indirect Tax Compliance Oversee and support all day-to-day indirect tax processes, coordinating with third-party advisors for sales & use tax, property tax, and business licenses.Prepare and file select indirect tax returns.Assist with tax registrations and miscellaneous compliance filings. Direct Tax Support Support direct tax compliance, including federal/state workpapers, tax estimates, and international data collection. Tax Controversy & Research Assist in resolving federal/state tax notices.Monitor and summarize tax legislation, assess impacts, and document clear research conclusions. About You Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)1–2 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Corptax, BNA Tax Research, or OneStream (a plus) Core Competencies Excellent communication and teamwork skillsMeticulous attention to detail & high-quality work outputStrong analytical, documentation, and organizational abilitiesProven problem-solving mindset and accountability for deliverables Performance Expectations Maintain a positive, coachable attitude—you’re eager to learn and improve!Own tasks from start to finish, managing your work independently.Meet and communicate all deadlines proactively.Provide well-organized, clear deliverables for review, with concise summaries.Keep files & supporting documentation organized and easy to find.
