We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs describing role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, salary range. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse content: Intro: "Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team, and make a real impact on a global scale. This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers." That's about the role/overview. Could be "About the role" section. Then "The Tax Accountant supports the firm’s tax compliance, tax accounting, and payment processes across U.S. federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining tax-related workpapers and schedules, processing tax payments, reconciling general ledger accounts, supporting return preparation and filings, and ensuring tax information is accurate, timely, well-documented, and handled in accordance with firm policies and confidentiality standards." That's responsibilities. Then "What You Will Do" bullet list (actually sentences separated by periods). We need to turn into
  • list. List items: - Prepare and maintain tax workpapers, schedules, and supporting documentation for U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, including estimated payments, extensions, tax returns, informational filings, and related reporting requirements. - Process tax payments to multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating payment requests, tracking deadlines, confirming remittance details, and maintaining evidence of payment. - Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts; research and resolve variances and ensure balances are supported by appropriate documentation. - Support U.S. federal, state, and international tax return compliance by gathering data, preparing analyses, reviewing source information, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors. - Process partner tax withholdings, composite payments, credits, and related partner tax reporting schedules. - Assist with state and local sales and use tax, property tax, and other indirect tax filings for applicable jurisdictions. - Maintain confidentiality of partner, employee, client, and firm information and follow established internal controls and documentation standards. - Monitor changes in tax processes, technology, and compliance requirements; participate in educational opportunities to remain current and improve team effectiveness. - Prepare tax-related journal entries and maintain accurate records in the firm’s financial systems. - Support the preparation of information for external federal, state, local, and foreign tax audits and inquiries. - Prepare and maintain partnership accounting schedules and tax compliance. - Identify opportunities to improve tax compliance workflows, documentation, controls, and use of technology. Then "Who You Are" bullet list: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field. - At least three years of relevant accounting or tax department experience, preferably in a professional services, partnership, or multi-jurisdictional environment. - Experience with tax payments, account reconciliations, compliance calendars, and preparation of support for federal, state, local, or international tax filings preferred. - Exposure to partnership taxation and partner-level tax reporting preferred. - Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research discrepancies and recommend practical resolutions. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and strong documentation practices. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong comfort working with financial systems, tax compliance tools, payment platforms, and workflow technology. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with Finance, Tax, Legal, and external advisors. - Professional, dependable, collaborative, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize competing assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Then "LI-DT1 Benefits And More At Goodwin, you will discover your next career opportunity with a rewarding compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:" List: - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Life and disability insurance - Retirement & Savings Plan - Emergency back-up child and adult care - Paid vacation, sick time off, and holidays - Professional development and career advancement opportunities - Employee recognition and reward programs - Employee wellness and assistance programs - Employee discounts and perks Then "This position is eligible for overtime: No" – that's schedule? Actually overtime eligibility is not schedule. Could be part of Benefits? Might be considered schedule? But we only create Schedule section if posting actually states schedule (like work hours, remote, etc). Not present. So we skip Schedule. Then "The Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00" – That's Pay section. We should include Pay heading with that range. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" but we can include the range. The sentence includes "Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience". That's somewhat filler but we have actual range. We can keep the range and maybe phrase as "Target Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000". We must preserve all substantive information; we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." We can keep the sentence but maybe we can keep the range and note that it varies by location and commensurate with experience. That's substantive. So we can include that sentence. Now decide sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (the paragraph before "What You Will Do"? Actually we have a paragraph describing role responsibilities, then "What You Will Do" list. Could combine responsibilities and what you will do into one Responsibilities section. But we have separate headings: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map content. We have "Who You Are" includes education, experience, skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications/Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We can create sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (education & experience), Qualifications (maybe preferred experience), Skills (analytical, etc). However we risk creating thin sections. Better to combine into fewer sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Skills". But we need to follow the allowed headings list; we can use any of them but not required to use all. So we can choose sections that make sense. We have: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (the paragraph + What You Will Do list) - Requirements (education + experience) - Skills (analytical, organizational, attention to detail, Excel, communication, professional traits) - Benefits (list) - Pay (salary range) We could also include "Qualifications" but maybe not needed. Let's craft:
