Tax Accountant Salary: $70,000 to $80,000

About the role

Looking to launch or accelerate your career in corporate tax while gaining exposure to tax provision, compliance, planning, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations
• Support federal and state income tax compliance processes, tax payments, and filings
• Aid in IRS and state tax audits, notices, and information requests
• Manage and coordinate the R&D tax credit process with internal and external stakeholders
• Research tax accounting and compliance requirements to support ongoing regulatory changes
• Assist tax leadership with tax planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of income tax accounting or tax compliance experience
• Understanding of ASC 740 tax accounting concepts
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred
