Tatar Language Expert - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe Tatar-language videos, accurately noting timestamps and speaker details.
• Translate complex materials between Tatar and English, ensuring contextual and conceptual accuracy.
• Analyze linguistic features such as grammar, tone, and conceptual meaning at an expert level.
• Detect and annotate emotional and tonal nuances expressed by speakers within multimedia content.
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for language data and annotation tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the customer's team and deliver feedback to improve data quality and project outcomes.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in both Tatar and English languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in transcription, translation, and advanced linguistic analysis.
• Strong capability for detecting emotional tone and annotating language data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in documentation and reporting within linguistics or language-related projects.
• Comfortable navigating various digital tools and platforms for annotation and collaboration.
