Remote Russian-English Translator

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and engage with clients to understand their healthcare benefit needs
• Research across multiple systems to resolve inquiries and provide clear, accurate information
• Help consumers navigate healthcare options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Manage high volumes of interactions maintaining professionalism and quality
• Follow designated schedules, including breaks and lunches

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Russian
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentive to customer needs
• Comfort with computer systems and Windows applications
• Distracted-free home workspace with a secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
