Summary

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of hotel/resort operations
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and productive work culture
  • Implement and enforce brand standards and quality control measures
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of success in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and financial management expertise
  • Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and drive results
