Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with appropriate departments on room statuses and guest needs.
• Follow up on guest complaints and requests to ensure resolution.
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior housekeeping experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity metrics.
• High school math level required.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $50,000.00 per year.
