About the role
The Program Manager will lead, oversee, and manage a complex federal contract supporting psychological health and military health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring successful execution of all task order requirements, deliverables, staffing, quality assurance, and performance objectives.
- Oversee contractor personnel, monitor project performance, manage schedules and deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure contractual compliance across all areas of program execution.
- Provide strategic oversight, risk management, and operational guidance to ensure mission success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of full-time experience serving as a contract Program Manager overseeing contracts or task orders of similar size, complexity, and scope.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractor personnel, resources, and contract deliverables.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting environment preferred.
