Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
Cook up and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in event management software and CRM systems
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
