About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the facility runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with property management systems and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards.
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
