About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the facility runs smoothly.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with property management systems and financial reporting.
