About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our hotel. You will oversee all aspects of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel meets all safety and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Experience with hotel management software and systems.
