About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the hotel premises.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
