About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the hotel premises.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
